TruPlay Games, Inc. Privacy Policy

Introduction

This policy describes the types of information TruPlay Games, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our websites and mobile applications (our "Sites") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Children Under the Age of 13

No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on our Sites. However, we do recognize that, under the registration of others, children can access many parts of our Sites and their content without providing us with personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. How Do We Store Your Information

We store your information about your account and email preferences in a secure cloud-based database. We do not store credit card information and we limit the amount of Personally Identifiable Information stored in these locations. To learn more, visit our “Data Security” section.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To present our Sites and their contents to you.
• To provide you with information, products, or services.
• To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
• To provide you with notices about your account, including subscription expiration and renewal notices.

• Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to support@truplaygames.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
• Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by you can opt-out by sending us an email with your request to support@truplaygames.com.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into truplaygames.com and visiting your account “Settings” page.

You may also send us an email at support@truplaygames.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete any User Contributions from our Sites, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of our Sites.

Data Security

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential, and we ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Sites like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of our Sites.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We store and process your data using third party servers located in data centers in the United States. This information is protected by physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable US federal and state laws and regulations. We also use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our office and files, and we authorize access to data only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to or through our Sites. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Sites.

We retain your information for as long as needed or permitted in context of the purpose for which it was collected and consistent with applicable laws. We intend to retain information for as long as you remain a user of our Sites, and remove Personally Identifiable Information upon your request within 30 days of notice, unless we need to keep it longer (e.g., for a legal obligation or compliance with laws to which we are subject, or to protect against legal claims).

Once this time period has expired, we will delete your information.

The right to access - You have the right to request copies of your personal information. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
